Our villa is located in a very peaceful environment and in a friendly neighborhood, the locals are very ready to help and guide you. Evenings you can look forward to a number of popular night party and dine places like Thalassa, Purple Martini in Anjuna and many more such Pubs & Night clubs.
- No Loud music after 10pm, you can play soft music inside your villa
- Pets are not allowed
- A security deposit of Rs 15000 will be collected on arrival and will be refunded on checkout after checking for any damages
- ID cards required of all the guest, accepted are Aadhar card, Driving license & Passport only

- We will not be responsible for any loss of your property, so we advise you to not leave any valuables when you leave the room.
- Full refund for cancellation 30 days prior arrival, after that no refund
- No show on the first day even after full payment received will be termed as cancelled booking and no refund whatsoever will be given. Only if informed in writing in advance we can reserve the room
- If any member drops out for the stay or if the stay is cut short there will be No refund whatsoever
