We are located in the most happening and party area of North Goa where festivals like Sunburn, Rider Mania and Bike week happen nearby, surrounding are many popular restaurants and bars such as Thalassa, Olives, Curllies. Evenings one can chill at the nearby Pubs, Bars, party area's or just walk up

- Free parking in the complex but at your own risk, we do have 24 hours security
- Any stains left on the bedsheets, towels will be charged 1000-2000 Rs each
- We will not be responsible for any loss of your property, so we advise you to not leave any valuables when you leave the room.
- Contaminating the pool in any way possible would result to a minimum fine of INR 10,000.
- Proper swim wear compulsory for swimming pool, smoking ,drinking eating inside pool not allowed, heavy fine is there
- Illegal activities, Drugs not allowed.
- Full refund for cancellation 30 days prior arrival, after that no refund
