Housekeeping & Care Taker Services
Housekeeping includes cleaning of the Villa once a day between 10 am to 6 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights.

- Our homes are all part of a peaceful gated community, so loud music & parties are not allowed beyond 10PM.
- Swimming pool timing 9 am to 6 pm.

- Any stains left on the bedsheets, towels will be charged 1000-2000 Rs each
- Proper swim wear compulsory for swimming pool, smoking, drinking eating inside pool not allowed, heavy fine is there
- 100% refund if the cancellation is done 30 days before the check-in date
- 50% refund of amount paid if the cancellation is done within 15 days of the check-in date
- No show no refund
- We can arrange Airport / Station pick up Drop at a normal cost
